WILLOW

Willow is a purebred female
Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
Her DOB is 12/8/12

Willow was surrendered to a animal
shelter for fighting with another dog in
the home. She is both dog and cat
aggressive and will need a home where
she is the only pet.

From her foster mom:

"Willow was apparently not let into the
home during her puppy years as she is
fearful of typical household noises (doors
closing, dishwasher running, floors
creaking all of these random typical
noises set off barking spells that last for
several minutes.  She barks and growls at
new people especially men.  Willow will
not allow typical grooming of brushing
without two people.  She will nip if
someone holds her back if she is barking
on a walk and is not good on a leash.  She
nips and becomes aggressive even with
people over food, if she finds something
on a walk it is hard to get it from her, you
must redirect her.  She is fearful of a
crate and does suffer some separation
anxiety.  Baby gates will not contain her,
she simply jumps over them  But at the
same time, she becomes very connected
with her caregiver and loves to lay on the
couch and snuggle with you.  She is a
wonderful dog, but will need an
experienced owner to help her overcome
her fears."

Willow is spayed and up to date
on shots.
