Former owner says they are a very busy young family and just do not have the time to devote to Baxter that they think he deserves. From the owner: "Baxter is very loving and affectionate with people of all ages. We love him and will miss him, but feel this is the best thing for Baxter. He is also great with the elderly and would make a wonderful therapy dog. He loves to go visit at the nearby assisted living facility and Baxter loves interacting with the residents."
