| TESSIE Tessie is a purebred female Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Her DOB is 12/08 Tessie is a owner turn-in. Below is some information from them: Tessie is a wonderful dog - very sweet and very loving. Everyone who has met her has commented on her gentle demeanor. She is great with our 16 month old baby (and she has been around him since he was 8 months old). She can be a little shy when she meets new people, but she's never shown the slightest hint of aggression to anyone. She does have anxiety issues , and we believe that she would benefit from being in a home that has a very structured, very constant schedule. She was de-barked by the breeder, so her bark does sound funny and strained. The decision to give her up has been agonizing - we do love her, and she is so sweet - we just know that our family and our on the go lifestyle is not what she needs :( We really hope that in being forthcoming and honest about her issues will help her find her forever family - and that they will love her and be able to provide her the support that she needs. We will be looking for a home where someone is home for the majority of the day. We will require training classes for Tessie and her new owners to help her build self-confidence.
