Shiloh Shiloh is a purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. His estimated DOB is 7/07 Shiloh was seized by authorities and ended up in an animal shelter in St. Louis. They contacted us and asked that we take him into Rescue and find him a Wheaten savvy family. From his foster mom: Well our first day with Shiloh was a good one. He has decided that he likes me, so that is a start. We have made eye contact, he seems to know his name when i call him. He is a bit on the timid side, but that is normal for a mill dog. He ate well and is very calm. Other than having an identity crisis because of his haircut he will be a wonderful dog! Update #2 Well today we finally got to fix Shiloh's bad hair today! He looks wonderful and I think he knows it. He has gotten much better with his potty breaks and is getting more and more relaxed here each day. He is still frightened of noises, but is getting better. He has decided that he really likes people and he wants to be where ever we are! He also tried to start play time with Hurley this morning. He has been watching our dog Hurley and Chuck play all week and I think he has decided that he has been missing out on all the fun! All and all Shiloh is a very sweet and wonderful dog. He deserves the best home and lots of love! And remember hair will grow... he will have wonderful Wheaten locks in no time! As you can see, Shiloh is suffering from an extremely bad haircut. We will finish the shave job so that he can grow out evenly and look a little better. Thankfully it is only fur and will grow back so please don't judge him by his haircut! Shiloh is neutered and up to date on shots. AUGUST 2009 - A FOREVER HOME Shiloh has been adopted by the Demko Family of St. Louis CONGRATULATIONS! |
