Rose has turned out to be quite the little traveler! She was
originally found wandering the streets in Abilene TX. From there
she ended up in an animal shelter and was transferred to
Pampered Pet in Abilene. Her picture was sent to S'Wheat
Rescues as a possible Wheaten mix and arrangements were
made with the wonderful owner of Pampered Pet - Annette- who
arranged transport for Rose from Abilene to Oklahoma City
where she was transferred to Holly who then drove her to
Wichita where she was Transferred to S'Wheat Rescues and
brought to Kansas City. Just 8 days after arriving in KC, 0n
August 7, 2000, her forever mom, Debbie Estes, flew from
Delaware, picked Rose up and took her to her new home! She
now has a new brother named Kelly and from all reports they
are having a great time together!
