Ruby is a female Wheatable.
Her est DOB is 3/13

Ruby was pulled from a high kill animal
shelter in CA.

As you can see, she looks awesome
after being groomed!

From her foster dad:

She was very matted & dirty, withdrawn,
didn't walk well on lead and was "Fear
aggressive" when I got her.

Now, 2 weeks later, she has been
groomed (she cleaned up great), is
learning to get along with my other
Wheaties, walking better on Lead, has
developed a good appetite, is doing well
with her crate training, is doing better
with going outside to potty (she had a
few accidents) and is starting to show us
how affectionate she can be "with her
people".  My wife is trying to make her a
"lap dog".  Ruby is still a bit nippy when
approached suddenly or by stringers.
This may be a reason Not to adopt her
out to a family with young children.  She
likes to play with toys, balls and tugs, but
will try to control the activity with me
when we play fetch.   I think Ruby will
need a "Strong" person in her life, but
will be a great addition for the "right

We will not adopt Ruby to a
family with children under 16

Ruby is spayed and up to date on shots
