| PEYTON Peyton is a female Wheatable. Her est. DOB is 7/11 Peyton was found as a stray and ended up in a kill shelter. We found out about her just prior to her being euthanized. The shelter that she was in still euthanizes in a gas chamber which is a barbaric way to euthanize animals. Of course we could not let that happen to this beautiful girl so we quickly made arrangements to pull her from the shelter. In the process we were also able to help another rescue pull out 3 other dogs and transport them back to KC for them. So, 4 lives were saved from the gas chamber. Peyton is a beautiful girl with a silky thick coat that just shines now that she has been bathed and the ticks and burrs have been removed. She is on the smaller side weighing around 25 lbs. She is a sweet, gentle dog who has gotten along well with all the other dogs here in Rescue. She does chase the cats a bit. Peyton is spayed and up to date on shots |
