MORGAN

Morgan is a purebred female Soft Coated
Wheaten Terrier. Her DOB is 3/5/03

Morgan is a owner turn-in. Some info
from them is below:

I am e-mailing you today to see if you
want to take our dog Morgan into your
care. My wife grew up with a Wheaten
Terrier and had to have one when we
moved back to Omaha, Nebraska. As
parents without kids, we had a great
time with Morgan and she was treated
like a child of our own. This picture
has definitely changed since we have
had two children. It is hard to give
her the attention she deserves. She is
constantly trying to get attention
as all high-maintenance wheatens tend
to do. She also has been diagnosed
with Addison's disease which has been a
hindrance to us financially. We
know there are people out there who
would be happy to take on this
responsibility. We are sad that it has
come to this but we would love to
find a home for her where she would get
more attention and someone who can
pay for the bills that we just aren't willing
to cover at this time with our growing
family. We are very conscious of the fact
that we want her to go to a place where
she will be cared for in a loving way.
Please advise us of the next step. We
appreciate your help in working with us
on this issue. We wish it didn't have to
come to this. We just want her to be in a
good place!

Addison's disease is very treatable and
Morgan will live a long and happy life
with a monthly percorton shot.

Anyone interested in adopting her
should research this condition and
speak with their vet to make sure this is
condition they feel comfortable in
dealing with.

Update from foster mom:

Morgan is settling in to her foster home
quite nicely.  She is a very well behaved
girl, and listens well to commands.  She
enjoys laying on the sofa, or snuggling
up in bed with us.  She loves to go on
car rides, espically to pick up our
children from school.  She is learning to
live in a home with another dog and has
even tried to play with our Male a few
times.  She is learning to eat her dog
food, and we are working on loosing a bit
of weight.   She went to the groomers
today and she just looks beautiful!  She
will go to the vet next week to get her
monthly shot for her addisons.  Overall
Morgan is a wonderful little girl and will
make some lucky family very happy to
call her their own!

Morgan is spayed and up to date on
shots
