| HENSON Henson is a male Wheatable. His estimated DOB is 2/06. Below is some info on him: He was pulled from a Louisiana kill shelter and transported to me. He was on the euth list because he is heartworm positive. Otherwise healthy, brought in as a stray. He has absolute star quality, totally adoptable with a heart of gold; I had to help him. So, currently I'm independently fostering him and figuring out how to help him and his heartworm issue. I have two other dogs, and he gets along just fine with both - immediately on day one. I work at the university that I attend, my husband works full time, we rent, and we're trying to figure out how to help Henson the most responsible way in his best interest. Henson has had his first heartworm shot and will have another one on March 26th. The Rescue will be handling the cost of his heartworm treatnent. He will have to be kept quiet while the heartworms die but after that he should be perfectly healthy and live a long and happy life in his new home. Henson is neutered and up to date on shots.
