FINNEGAN

Finnegan is a purebred male
Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
His DOB is 8/14/08

Finnegan is a owner turn-in. Finnegan's
family was relocated from South Carolina
to New York City.  Finnegan has not
adjusted to the move at all.  He is
extremely anxious and cannot cope with
the urban environment.  Finnegan has
always been a nervous dog, but not to
the extent it is now.  It seems as if he is
having a panic attack whenever they
force him to go outside for potty duties.

Info from his past owner:

"Finnegan has begun going under our
bed now and staying all day.  He grew up
in a quiet environment and we believe
that is where he will do best.  When
Finnegan was younger he escaped and
ran.  He has been diagnosed with a
compressed disk in his neck, so he
needs to be harnessed rather than
collared.  He is a great dog and just
needs a quieter environment where
there is not so much going on around
him.  We moved into an apartment near
Central Park just so he would have a
place to walk.  Unfortunately, he just is
not happy here and we love him too
much to see him this way."

Finnegan is neutered and up to date on
shots
