| EMMY LOU Emmy Lou is a female Wheatable. Her est. DOB is 7/11 Emmy Lou has lots of energy. We don't know what she is mixed with, and her former owner states that she does shed a little bit, but not much. Emmy Lou was initially adopted off of a PetFinder ad in March of 2012. She had some problems at that time, such as being a bit hand-shy and leery of strangers. Behavior training has worked well and the former owner states that those issues have all been resolved. Emmy Lou will still often guard food and toys from other dogs, and does not seem to get along much at all with small dogs, although she is fine with larger dogs. No idea how she would do with cats at all. Once Emmy Lou has a little time to warm up, she is very friendly, affectionate, and highly intelligent. Emmy Lou's former owner has a new career in a government setting which will mean long hours away from home. She also said that she is moving in May and cannot take Emmy Lou with her. Emmy Lou is spayed and up to date on shots. |
