CHLOE

Chloe is a purebred female Soft Coated
Wheaten Terrier. Her est. DOB is 12/06.

Chloe was rescued from an animal
shelter. There is a long convoluted tale
about how she got there in the first
place but she was originally adopted and
then returned. The problems the
adopters listed were being an issue at
the groomer, ear infections and chasing
their 9 yr old daughter "aggressively"
but there was no biting involved.

Due to the last item Chloe was evaluated
by a Rescue volunteer and the shelters
trainer. Our volunteer said Chloe reacted
very well to her.  When they stuck the
rubber hand in the cage along with food,
Chloe cowered and both our volunteer
and the shelter's trainer feel that Chloe
may have been mistreated somewhere
along the line.  A shelter worker says
Chloe seems like a sweet dog and she
has been working with Chloe on basic
commands etc.  The trainer also feels
that it is possible that the adopters used
the aggressive statement as an excuse
to return Chloe due to vet bills from the
ear infections, since the daughter was
hugging and kissing Chloe when she
was turned back in to the shelter too.

Chloe is spayed and up to date on shots.
