| CHAMP Champ is a purebred male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. His DOB is 5/05 Champ is a owner turn-in. Some information on him is below: Unfortunately he bit my 1 year old in November. I have been searching for a home on my own since then. We had a male cockapoo that would take food from him and he developed a little bit of food aggression. We found another home for the cockapoo for the sake of the wheaten. The baby got into his food and spilled it on the floor. The dog was eating it off the floor and the baby was picking it up off the floor and he bit his cheek. The doctor said he could tell it was not an aggressive bite to hurt but none the less a bite. Previous to that he has been around many children. I have 3 boys and there are always kids coming in and out. He never even growled at anyone before. The only time he growled was at the other dog who would take stuff from him. The "bite" was a warning nip - he did not break the skin. However we will not consider homes with children under 14 for Champ. Champ is neutered and up to date on shots. |
