Bogie is a male Wheatable
His DOB is 12/12

Bogie was a stray that ended up in a
animal shelter. Because of his limp, he
was scheduled for euthanization but a
kind soul took pity on him an rescued
him from the shelter and then contacted
us to find him a forever home.

At first we thought that Bogie would
need surgery to correct his limp.  After
taking Bogie to a specialist, it was
decided that he was young enough that
the bones could heal and he would be
fine.  It is possible that he will need
surgery later in his life, but at this time
they recommend doing nothing.

Bogie is shy and reserved at first but
after getting to know you he is very
friendly.  He likes to play fetch.  He is
very mellow around his foster family.  He
is very interested in meeting the foster
family's dogs, so we think he will be fine
in a home with another dog.  His current
foster is working on crate training him at
this time and he is doing very well.

Bogie is neutered and up to date on
