| BENJI Benji is a male Wheatable. His DOB is 1/12 Benji was pulled from an animal shelter and placed in a foster home while his forever home is found. Some info from the foster home: "He is such a great dog with a great temperament. When I gave him a bath he just stood there and let me bathe him - never moved, never tried to get out, and never made a sound. Afterwards he let me brush him and did fantastic, just laid there on the floor and acted like he enjoyed it. He is incredibly gentle when taken treats and is not food aggressive at all! He has been on a leash before and tugs a little, but no more than our dog that we have formally trained before. He LOVES to go on rides in the car and is on perfect behavior the entire time. He engages in playing with toys every now and then, but never gets too rough. He seems to be able to ready your energy and is ready to go for a walk or take a nap - whatever you decide. Typically dogs come out of shelters and need lots of training and fixing bad habits, but we haven't seen anything since he has gotten out. He is just a TERRIFIC dog!! Benji is neutered and up to date on shots. |
