MURPHY & BAILEY Murphy and Bailey and both purebred Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers. Murphy's DOB is 7/20/1998 and Bailey's is 5/29/97. Murphy & Bailey are owner turn-ins. Some information from her is below: BAILEY IS SMALL FOR THE BREED PROBABLY 25 POUNDS AND MURPHY IS LARGE ABOUT 45-50 POUNDS. THEY ARE GREAT DOGS, SHE HAS BEEN SKIDDISH SINCE I GOT HER AS A PUPPY. SHE ALSO DOESN'T BARK (RARELY A YELP). MURPHY IS MUCH MORE ACTIVE AND OUT GOING. HE IS ALL ABOUT GETTING THE ATTENTION! AND THEY ARE BOTH GREAT WITH CHILDREN I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD AND NEITHER OF THEM HAS EVER BITTEN ANYONE. MURPHY THOUGH WILL PLAY TUG OF WAR WITH HIS LEASH WHEN HE'S DONE WITH HIS BUSINESS HE DOES GROWL WHEN HE PLAYS THIS GAME, INTIMIDATING TO SOME, HOWEVER THEY DO MUCH BETTER IN A YARD WHERE THEY COULD BE LET OUT TO DO THEIR BUSINESS. THE REASON I'M HAVING TO FIND A HOME FOR THE DOG'S IS THIS. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER NOW WHO HAS RECENTLY GONE THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT DIVORCE, HAVE HAD TO RELOCATE TO A SMALLER HOME OUT OF STATE (ORIGINALLY FROM NY) IN ORDER TO MAKE ENDS MEET FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILD. THE NEW HOME HAS NO YARD FOR THE DOGS AND AM HAVING TO LEAVE THEM IN THE GARAGE UNTIL I GET HOME FROM MY 12HR SHIFT DAYS. THESE ARE GREAT DOGS THAT DESERVE TO ENJOY THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. THE EX HUSBAND IS OUT OF THE PICTURE AND WE CAN NO LONGER HAVE THE TIME OR FINANCES TO CARE FOR THEM AS THEY SHOULD BE CARED FOR. We are looking for a home that can take both dogs and that has no other dogs. We will break them up if we have to but since they have been together their entire lives we would like to keep them together. They are desexed and UTD on shots JUNE 2009 - A FOREVER HOME Bailey and Murphy have been adopted by the Vanderveen Family of Wisconsin CONGRATULATIONS! |
